Saint Benedict Church
Rising above Wilkens Avenue, our historic church—completed in 1933 and originally staffed by Benedictine monks from Saint Vincent Archabbey in Latrobe, Pennsylvania—remains one of the most distinctive fixtures on the Baltimore skyline. Its Romanesque design, marked by graceful arches, sturdy brickwork, and timeless symmetry, reflects the enduring Benedictine spirit of stability and hospitality.
Masses & Sacraments
Although the parish officially closed for regular Masses in November 2023, the Archdiocese continues to authorize the use of the church for weddings and funerals for Catholics who have a family connection to the former parish.
